Totally didn’t get enough sleep this weekend. Went to one of my closest friend’s weddings, which was absolutely amazing. BUT the turnover time between the Thursday night classes to Friday and then hightailing to NJ to make the rehearsal and early start on Saturday for the wedding, followed by a long night of celebrating and early start on Sunday to get back to the city equates to about 3.5 hours of sleep a night!
ergo - I didn’t WOD until Monday and my brain must still be fuzzy because we were supposed to be doing 5x5 OHS with a 3 second pause. I ended up going 5x3
WOD - Overhead Squat with 3 second pause
*went up in weight since I was feeling good
My PR is 130 for 3
All felt good!
